Bob & Fran presented at a special evening session as part of the weekly Master Gardener Clinic at the Scranton Library. Tree planting and care was discussed as well as the history and mission of MAD for Trees. Key quote of the night - "Bob spent his 40 year career never wearing a tie while Fran spent his 40 year career wearing one yet they both ended up MAD for Trees."

Rep. John-Michael Parker, Co-Chair of the CT State Environment Committee, joined nearly every Democrat leader of Madison to hear our message. While the primary focus was on political freedoms and rights being threatened, we highlighted how corporations and political leaders have been 'Kicking the Can' down the road on environmental issues and climate change.

MAD for Trees was the only advocacy group present defending the Environment. Over 70 attended this firey and energetic event.
